  • As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will own the entire build process, from backend services to LLM pipelines and front-end integrations.
  • You will work closely with customers to design, implement, and deliver solution-ready builds in agile sprints.
  • Your software will serve as the reference implementation for scalable GenAI in the enterprise.
  • Responsibilities include building LLM-enabled applications, operating in the field with customers, and codifying reusable assets to accelerate future engagements.
  • You will deliver production-ready solutions, engineer versatile systems, and influence platform strategy through field-tested insights.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience is required, including at least 2 years in customer-facing or embedded roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments is essential.
  • Strong skills in backend (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (React, Angular), and APIs (REST/GraphQL) are necessary.
  • Familiarity with LLM tooling such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and prompt chaining is required.
  • You should be skilled in debugging distributed systems and implementing performance monitoring.
  • A platform mindset to contribute to shared SDKs and tools is important.
  • You must have a product sensibility, prioritizing user value and long-term scalability.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including deployment in AWS, Azure, or GCP, is required.
  • You should be able to travel up to 30% to work onsite with customers.
