The role involves leading the development and delivery of key applications that utilize voice, chat, personalization, and real-time analytics.
Responsibilities include building AI-driven applications to automate workflows, ensuring compliance and security, integrating with third-party systems, designing for scalability, and collaborating with various teams to create effective engineering solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a strong product sense and be fluent in user needs, with the ability to empathize with both agents and end consumers.
A passion for AI and experience in building AI applications is ideal.
Applicants must demonstrate a high degree of ownership, urgency, and pragmatism, thriving in ambiguous situations.
A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of engineering leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience building AI/ML products at scale is necessary.
Familiarity with health insurance distribution, brokerage economics, commission structures, and HIPAA compliance is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with roll-ups or private equity-backed platforms is also preferred but not required.
