The role involves tackling technical challenges that go beyond a typical SaaS dashboard, including:
Multi-Model Interrogation: Systematically querying various LLMs at scale while avoiding rate limits and building robust APIs that adapt to model updates and access restrictions.
LLM Response Intelligence: Developing NLP systems to parse unstructured AI responses for brand mentions and competitive positioning.
Model Memory Tracking: Monitoring content ingestion into training data and detecting shifts in brand presence in model responses.
Prompt Engineering for Brand Injection: Reverse-engineering content formats that influence model training and creating feedback loops for content optimization.
Cross-Model Prediction: Managing brand presence across models with different training cycles and predicting effective strategies through model updates.
We seek individuals who are passionate about building and have a deep understanding of AI and LLMs, who thrive in fast-paced environments, and who can handle complex API systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of professional experience shipping production-grade code.
A deep understanding of modern LLMs, APIs, and model behavior is essential.
Expertise in handling rate-limited APIs, including retries and graceful failure management, is required.
Experience with NLP, prompt engineering, and extracting structured insights from unstructured data is necessary.
Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with minimal direction is a must.
Strong debugging skills across distributed systems are required.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent frameworks is a bonus.
