Requirements:
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, compliance tech, API-first platforms, or workflow software.
A strong technical acumen is required, including comfort with REST APIs, JSON, system architecture diagrams, and third-party integrations.
Candidates must possess customer-facing confidence, being skilled at facilitating discovery sessions, technical demos, and onboarding calls with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
An implementation mindset is necessary, with experience supporting post-sale implementations or onboarding efforts focused on efficiency, clarity, and value realization.
