  • A strong technical acumen is required, including comfort with REST APIs, JSON, system architecture diagrams, and third-party integrations.
  • Candidates must possess customer-facing confidence, being skilled at facilitating discovery sessions, technical demos, and onboarding calls with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An implementation mindset is necessary, with experience supporting post-sale implementations or onboarding efforts focused on efficiency, clarity, and value realization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to map customer processes to product functionality and configuration are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to translate technical details into compelling business value.
