MetalBear is seeking a Founding Solution Engineer Lead for the EMEA region, who will be the first customer-facing hire.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels are necessary.

Experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer success roles is highly desirable but not mandatory.
