The company is seeking Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developers to design and develop new features for their SaaS products.
Responsibilities include designing and developing new features independently, stepping into a technical lead role, improving the code base, working on multiple projects, assisting customer support with technical issues, and facilitating knowledge sharing among developers.
Key results expected within 3 months include a deep understanding of the products and contributions to new features and code improvements, while within 12 months, the developer should play a key role in successful project deliveries and software optimization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in JavaScript and a proven track record in building and maintaining web applications.
A robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB is required.
Candidates should be able to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Fast learning ability and comfort with agile methodologies are essential.
Strong communication skills are necessary, along with a preference for remote work using tools like Gather, Slack, and Notion.
Adaptability and a willingness to explore new areas, including front-end integration and back-end development, are important.
Fluency in both French and English is required, and candidates should be located in the French timezone.
Preferred but not mandatory experience includes working in a B2B SaaS startup and having a self-taught background in programming or personal projects.
