We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development expertise to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing modern user interfaces and implementing responsive layouts in ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms environments.
This role will play a critical part in enhancing the usability and visual consistency of our customer-facing web applications and internal ERP system.
This position is fully remote and operates during U.S. business hours.
Duties include redesigning and modernizing user interfaces across ASP.NET MVC web applications to improve usability and visual appeal.
The candidate will lead layout and styling enhancements for internal ERP system pages built using ASP.NET Web Forms.
Responsibilities also include creating high-fidelity wireframes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
The role involves developing responsive, accessible HTML/CSS/Bootstrap layouts that align with modern UI/UX standards.
Collaboration with developers to integrate UI designs into Razor Views (.cshtml) and ensure alignment with ViewModels and backend logic is essential.
The candidate will safely refactor legacy .aspx pages, maintaining server-side bindings and control integrity.
Participation in usability testing and visually validating layout performance across various browsers and devices is required.
Optionally, the candidate may support mobile-first design efforts for future iOS/Android operations applications.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing web application redesigns and responsive layouts is required.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is necessary.
A strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap with a deep understanding of responsive design best practices is essential.
Working knowledge of jQuery and client-side scripting for enhanced UI behavior is required.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC is necessary, including comfort with .cshtml Razor Views.
Familiarity with ViewModel binding, partial views, and layout pages is required.
Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms is necessary, including the ability to update .aspx markup and work with asp: server controls.
Understanding of MasterPages, ViewState, and layout consistency without disrupting functionality is required.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual alignment and UI consistency is essential.
