Requirements:
Candidates must have advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js (including App Router, SSR/SSG, and API routes).
A solid understanding of state management (e.g., Context, Redux, Zustand) and routing is required.
Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and modern CSS (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled solutions) is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable integrating with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and handling async data flows.
Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs, reviews) is essential.
Practical experience working in monorepos, including tooling, package boundaries, and shared libraries, is required.
A minimum of 4+ years of proven front-end development experience is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration are required.
Demonstrated experience working in team environments and contributing to shared codebases is essential.
Knowledge of monorepos and best practices is required.
A strong grasp of web performance techniques (LCP/CLS optimization, image strategy, caching) is necessary.
