The position is for a Frontend Developer on the Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) team, which is a SaaS offering for backup and recovery.
The role involves designing and developing highly responsive user interface components for web applications using React.
Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting web applications, designing and maintaining unit test and end-to-end test frameworks, and building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
The developer will collaborate with other engineering teams to discuss requirements, design, and implementation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, is required.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about code quality, extensibility, coding standards, testing, and automation.
A results-driven mindset with a bias towards execution is expected.
A BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent industry experience is necessary.
