• As a Frontend Engineer on the Growth & Engagement team, you will design, implement, and optimize user-facing growth features such as action cards, referral flows, and onboarding enhancements.
• You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create polished, performant interfaces and build reusable component libraries.
• Responsibilities include shipping multiple end-to-end growth UI features per quarter, integrating feature-flags for experimentation, maintaining a component library, and optimizing performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• You must have 7+ years of frontend experience, specifically in building production React applications in high-velocity environments.
• A proven track record of shipping A/B-tested, feature-flagged interfaces and iterating based on metrics is required.
• Advanced proficiency in React and React Native, including hooks and performance optimization techniques, is essential.
• Hands-on experience with feature-flag platforms and a strong background in TypeScript and design-system architecture are necessary.
• You should have expertise in front-end performance tuning and instrumentation skills for real-time analytics.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for front-end delivery is required.
• A data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ownership mentality are essential soft skills.
• Mentorship orientation and eagerness to coach peers through design reviews and pair-programming are preferred.
• Nice-to-haves include prior experience in crypto wallets, contributions to open-source libraries, and familiarity with mobile push-notification SDKs.
