Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience working on production systems.
A strong background in React (3+ years) in a production environment with a commercial user base is required.
Experience in building user flows with excellent UX is essential.
The ability to write functional and bug-free code/algorithms is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities are required, along with strong written and communication skills.
A passion for the work and a drive to experiment and learn new technologies is important.
Demonstrated ownership in leading or participating in projects from inception to production is expected.
Candidates should be able to make decisions regarding trade-offs of simplicity, readability, performance, and speed of implementation.
