Work across the end-to-end experience of review platforms, enabling AI-assisted review workflows.
Integrate AI-driven tools into the review workflow to enhance productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
Build and maintain scalable UIs for content review tools used by reviewers, data labellers, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and review operations teams to create efficient user experiences for manual and automated review flows.
Drive platform improvements that support labelling operations and the development of ML models.
Requirements:
Ability to coordinate large projects and rally teams to execute effectively in a fast-changing environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with product and design teams to produce stakeholder-focused solutions.
Proficiency in navigating complexity, dealing with unknowns, and managing dependencies.
Experience in designing and building web applications, ideally using TypeScript, React, and MobX.
Ability to write performant, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing.
Preferred skills include backend engineering or experience in designing intuitive UI/UX.
Enjoyment in working closely with the Review Ops team to rapidly build and iterate on internal tools that meet operational needs.
