  • Leverage cutting-edge AI models, build powerful tools, and scale systems to support Canva’s global growth.
  • Play a key role in maintaining high-quality content that aligns with guidelines at scale.
  • Work across the end-to-end experience of review platforms, enabling AI-assisted review workflows.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools into the review workflow to enhance productivity and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Build and maintain scalable UIs for content review tools used by reviewers, data labellers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and review operations teams to create efficient user experiences for manual and automated review flows.
  • Drive platform improvements that support labelling operations and the development of ML models.

Requirements:

  • Ability to coordinate large projects and rally teams to execute effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with product and design teams to produce stakeholder-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in navigating complexity, dealing with unknowns, and managing dependencies.
  • Experience in designing and building web applications, ideally using TypeScript, React, and MobX.
  • Ability to write performant, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing.
  • Preferred skills include backend engineering or experience in designing intuitive UI/UX.
  • Enjoyment in working closely with the Review Ops team to rapidly build and iterate on internal tools that meet operational needs.
