• The Frontend Engineer III - Web CRO will develop and maintain complex, user-facing web applications.
• This role focuses on driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives by building and implementing high-performing frontend components.

• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, leading frontend component development for CRO experiments, and utilizing CRO tools like Optimizely.
• The engineer will create reusable frontend components, ensure high performance and responsiveness, and champion responsive design principles.
• The role involves researching new technologies, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to code reviews.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in developing complex, user-facing web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is required.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (versions 2 and 3) and Nuxt 3 is necessary.
• Applicants should have an excellent understanding of developing reusable frontend components in large software systems.
• Proven experience in developing frontend components for CRO experiments with accurate tracking and analytics is essential.
• Demonstrated experience using CRO tools like Optimizely in complex frontend systems is required.
• Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors/frameworks is needed.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex frontend issues are necessary.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn) is required.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and UX/UI principles is essential.
