Description:

• Winona is a leading telemedicine company providing HRT for women in menopause, with in-house technology including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, and marketing technology.
• The Frontend Engineer III - Web CRO will develop and maintain complex, user-facing web applications and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, leading frontend component development for CRO experiments, utilizing CRO tools like Optimizely, creating reusable frontend components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, championing responsive design principles, researching new technologies, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to code reviews.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in developing and maintaining complex, user-facing web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is required.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (versions 2 and 3) and Nuxt 3 is necessary.
• An excellent understanding of developing reusable frontend components in large software systems is essential.
• Proven experience in developing front-end components for CRO experiments with accurate tracking and analytics is required.
• Demonstrated experience using CRO tools like Optimizely in combination with complex frontend systems is necessary.
• Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors/frameworks is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
• Proven ability to introduce new technologies and practices to improve frontend development workflows is necessary.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying and resolving complex issues in the frontend codebase.
• Proficiency in Git for version control is required.
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn) is necessary.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services is required.
• A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices is essential.
• Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices is necessary.
