Remote Frontend Team Lead

Description:

• Lead a team of frontend developers, providing support, guidance, and making technical decisions
• Set goals for the team's growth and development, ensuring successful project delivery
• Implement new technologies to stay competitive and automate manual processes
• Maintain high standards of software quality and code standards
• Participate in decision-making processes and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks
• Design and develop applications using JavaScript (ES6), Typescript, React, and other tools
• Promote the use of new tools and technologies within the team

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Previous experience managing development teams and mentoring/coaching team members
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Over 5 years of experience as a Frontend developer with expertise in JavaScript, Typescript, and React
• Familiarity with automated testing platforms, agile environments, and SEO optimization
• Knowledge of BEM, SASS, and/or Styled Components methodology
• Desirable qualifications include knowledge of build tools, cloud platforms, and CMS systems
