Remote Frontend Team Lead

Description:

• Lead a team of frontend developers, providing support, guidance, and making technical decisions.
• Set goals for the team's growth and ensure they are achieved.
• Implement new technologies to stay competitive and automate manual processes.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and software within the team.
• Participate in decision-making processes and advise on estimating efforts and tasks.
• Design and develop applications using JavaScript (ES6), Typescript, React, and other tools.
• Promote the use of new tools and ensure their proper implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work in agile environments.
• Have a problem-solving attitude and ensure code quality and application optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Previous experience managing development teams and mentoring/coaching.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Frontend developer.
• Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, and modern interfaces.
• Familiarity with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Knowledge of semantic HTML, SEO optimization, BEM, SASS, and Styled Components methodology.
• Experience in agile and dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with build tools, automation, cloud platforms, and CMS.
