You will be part of a strategic initiative focused on building a configurable tool for managing risk model versions (PD, LGD, RWA), in line with strict regulatory standards.
The solution will be developed using Angular and integrated into a broader banking ecosystem, supporting simulation, testing, and production workflows while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities include leading technical delivery by driving front-end development using Angular and TypeScript, providing technical direction, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance alignment, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
You will shape architecture by contributing to technical design, ensuring adherence to architectural and regulatory requirements, staying updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and advocating for their appropriate adoption.
Collaboration across roles is essential, acting as a bridge between the technical team and the client, working closely with product owners and stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and proposing realistic delivery roadmaps and timelines.
You will ensure delivery excellence by maintaining version control, supporting secure deployments, and guiding teams through development and release cycles.
Mentoring and supporting developers, providing guidance, supporting onboarding, and contributing to team growth and technical consistency are also key responsibilities.
