The Full Stack Data Engineer will report to the Head of Data and work cross-functionally with various teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities include owning the full analytics lifecycle, from identifying data requirements and building pipelines to modeling datasets, uncovering insights, and creating tools for stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proven experience driving decision-making as a Data Engineer or in a similar role is required.
Experience working with CMS, clinical, or healthcare data is essential.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with the modern data stack, including dbt, Snowflake, and Looker, are necessary.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Knowi, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.
Experience applying machine learning to healthcare use cases, including patient stratification, care pathway optimization, and forecasting, is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is necessary.
The ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analysis is essential.
Effective communication skills and comfort working across teams are required.
