• This position is for a Full Stack Developer at VetsEZ, located in Texas, USA, and is a remote role.
• The role involves contributing across the full software development lifecycle, designing and implementing scalable, high-quality applications.

• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications using Java (Java EE, Java 17), Spring framework, and Python.
• The developer will build and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• The role requires developing and managing server-side logic, APIs, and databases (Postgres, SQL), ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while maintaining high code quality via code reviews is essential.
• The developer will apply Agile methodologies throughout the development process, including deployment and continuous integration.
• Utilizing testing tools like Cypress, JUnit, and Playwright to validate functionality and address security vulnerabilities is part of the job.
• Collaboration with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery of solutions is required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Tech Lead, including mentoring junior developers, is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Java EE, Spring framework, Python (Django or Flask), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and OOP principles is essential.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (ReactJS or Angular), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and version control systems like Git is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical challenges independently are necessary.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
• Familiarity with SAFe/Agile methodologies and the ability to obtain government clearance is necessary.
