Remote Full-Stack Developer - ShareGate

Description:

• Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company focused on simplifying work through innovative products.
• The company operates two product lines: the AI-powered Workleap Platform for HR solutions and ShareGate, a leading Microsoft 365 migration and governance solution.
• The Full-Stack Developer will join the ShareGate Migration Tool team, responsible for maintaining and evolving the flagship product.
• The role involves developing new features, collaborating with the Product Manager and Product Designer, updating existing code, enhancing test suites, and supporting the support team with technical issues.
• The developer will have a direct impact on thousands of users by improving their migration processes and overall experience.
• The tech stack includes C#, .NET Framework, .NET Standard, WPF, and PowerShell 5/7.
• The team will work on delivering requested features such as MS Teams conversation migration and PowerShell 7 script support.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 3–5 years of proven experience as a developer, delivering clean and maintainable code in a team environment.
• Experience in developing and maintaining desktop or commercial applications using C#/.NET is required.
• Deep expertise in WPF and dependency injection principles is necessary.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Candidates must possess clear communication skills, proactive listening, and a sense of ownership over their work.
• Experience with the Microsoft API ecosystem (Graph SDK, MSAL, SharePoint CSOM/REST) is a plus.
