We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for a project-based role with the potential to grow into a larger position.

The Full Stack Development Engineer will enhance and maintain existing internal systems and incentive program platforms, design and deliver new customer-facing digital products, explore and develop AI agents, and redevelop the company website.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Angular (v12 and v18) and .NET (v7 and v8) is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure B2C authentication, is required.
A proven track record in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and database design, is necessary.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs is mandatory.
Familiarity with AI agent development, large language models (LLMs), or integration of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) is essential.
A strong understanding of automation workflows and data-driven personalization is required.
Solid understanding of security best practices and performance optimization is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in UI/UX design principles, designing conversational interfaces or chatbots, knowledge of e-commerce or incentive/loyalty platform development, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
