Chime is seeking a Full-Stack Growth Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team, which is essential to the company's rapid growth.
The role involves building and iterating on impactful features and experiments that enhance member acquisition, engagement, retention, and resurrection.
The engineer will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to identify friction points and develop solutions that provide member value and drive growth.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing full-stack solutions for new growth initiatives, launching experiments, measuring their impact, and iterating quickly.
The engineer will create high-quality member experiences that influence key funnel metrics such as activation, engagement, and conversion.
The role also involves contributing to the technical strategy for the growth stack, ensuring a balance between speed and scalability.
Data and user research will be utilized to inform priorities and validate assumptions.
The engineer will own projects from inception to production and analysis, while maintaining strong engineering standards to ensure high quality and performance.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in shipping software in production at scale.
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable back-end frameworks is required.
Candidates should have experience with React Native or similar modern mobile front-end frameworks.
A growth mindset and a passion for creating simple, intuitive user experiences that positively impact key metrics are essential.
Comfort in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments is necessary.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and data tools is a nice-to-have.

The base salary for this role starts at $125,000 and can go up to $218,900, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
