We are looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join a high-impact healthcare technology project.
You will help build and scale a benefits platform that makes it easier for people to access life-saving medications.
This platform is preparing for significant growth and seasonal demand in early 2026, and you will be part of the team driving performance, new feature development, and real-time integrations.
This is an opportunity to work with a modern tech stack including Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript, and AWS Lambda.
You will contribute directly to product features that matter and operate in a collaborative, async-first environment.
Key responsibilities include optimizing data loading and UI rendering for scale, building new customer-facing user interfaces with Next.js, integrating machine learning predictions into user views, connecting the platform to external REST APIs for real-time insights, capturing usage metrics and displaying them through Datadog dashboards, contributing to an agile delivery model, and owning your work end-to-end from planning to testing.
Requirements:
You must have 3β6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Proficiency in Next.js (React) for modern front-end development is required.
You should have hands-on experience with Node.js + TypeScript and AWS Lambda.
A strong understanding of modern web development and data structures is necessary.
You must be comfortable working independently and testing your own code.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and writing efficient queries is a nice-to-have.
Experience with SST (Serverless Stack) or other Infrastructure as Code frameworks is preferred.
Knowledge of Datadog instrumentation is a plus.
Previous work experience in healthtech or benefits platforms is also desirable.
Benefits:
Your work will directly improve patient access to critical medication, making it a high-impact role.
You will work with a modern tech stack, free from legacy baggage, utilizing the latest frameworks and cloud-native tools.
The position offers autonomy and ownership, allowing you to define, build, and deliver features in a team that values independence and results.
The role is remote, with strong overlap required in US time zones (PST/CST).
The contract runs through February 2026, with the potential to extend.
