• The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript, LLM/OpenAI experience) to join the team as an independent contractor.
• This role involves shaping the infrastructure and intelligence layer behind one of the leading AI video generation platforms.
• The ideal candidate will enjoy architecting systems from scratch, optimizing performance, and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Responsibilities include designing and building backend services using Node.js and Express, architecting and optimizing databases and service infrastructure, integrating LLM APIs into product workflows, collaborating with the Research team on custom AI models, and contributing to React-based frontend applications.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have solid backend experience with Node.js and Express (or similar).
• Experience in building and scaling web services and APIs is required.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript is essential.
• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI or other LLM APIs is a must.
• An understanding of prompt engineering, vector embeddings, or agentic patterns is necessary.
• Candidates should have the ability to think through system design and architecture independently.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with structured output parsing from LLMs, solid experience with the React framework, and experience with FFmpeg or low-level media processing.
