The Full Stack Engineer will be part of the Mux Data Platform team, responsible for developing and maintaining client-facing interfaces and backend services for Mux Data products.
The role involves managing and evolving client SDKs and contributing to the analytics dashboard to provide users with critical insights.
The engineer will design, develop, and operate the data stack and infrastructure, which handles over a trillion requests monthly.
Collaboration with other engineering teams is essential to ensure the data platform supports evolving product features and growing data volume.
Responsibilities include executing the technical roadmap, managing client SDKs, developing new metrics and features, maintaining scalable data services, working on distributed data systems, participating in the full development cycle, and reviewing code and design documents.
Requirements:
Candidates should have expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with experience in building user-friendly interfaces.
Experience in building REST APIs using Golang, Elixir, or similar programming languages is required.
A solid foundation in engineering fundamentals is necessary, with a Computer Science degree being a plus.
Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple platforms and environments.
Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.
