You will bridge our AI core with real-world customer pain points, working on engineering challenges related to performance, security, privacy, explainability, and composable UI/UX.
This role involves close collaboration with the Engineering Lead, CEO, and other leadership teams to define technical architecture and influence product strategy.
The position is in-person based in NYC, with some flexibility for remote work.

You must have 5+ years of experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused engineer.
Previous experience in B2B and startup environments is required.
Expertise in React/Next.js and frontend systems architecture is essential.
You should be comfortable working across the stack in Python when necessary.
A passion for user experience and delivering polished, performant UIs is crucial.
Proven ability to own projects from planning to deployment is necessary.
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and performance optimization is required.
A desire to engage with customers, gather feedback, and translate it into a delightful user experience is important.
Benefits:
We offer health and wellness support, including a stipend and comprehensive medical (vision, dental, health) insurance coverage.
Employees enjoy unlimited PTO, allowing for recharging when needed.
You will have the opportunity to make a mission-driven impact by helping life sciences teams deliver the right treatment to patients faster.
The role provides end-to-end ownership of major parts of the stack and the chance to influence product direction from day one.
There is a clear growth path to advance into a Lead Frontend or Fullstack Tech Lead role as the engineering team expands.
