The company is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with experience in Generative AI to develop prototypes and the first MVP for IrisGo.ai.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of full-stack development experience, particularly with AI-powered products or prototypes.
Demonstrated experience in building applications that utilize LLMs and Generative AI components is essential.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI building blocks, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks, is required.
Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React or Vue is necessary.
Backend expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask is required.
Candidates should be comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows is essential.
A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment tools is required.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Windsurf is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams are required.
