DSPolitical is seeking an ambitious Full Stack Engineer II to join their Engineering team in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
The role involves building new features and maintaining existing features of the DSPolitical Platform, as well as developing new product offerings and enhancing existing ones.
DSPolitical is a digital media agency that integrates data and technology to create effective digital advertising campaigns for Democratic and progressive candidates, causes, and issues.

The position is based in Washington, DC, but remote work in other states is also an option, with a hybrid work model.
Work hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with the possibility of evening and weekend work as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in web application development.
A strong commitment to mentorship and collaboration is required.
Experience in at least one backend language such as PHP, Python, or Node is necessary; strong candidates will be considered regardless of language background.
Proficiency in at least one SQL dialect, preferably MySQL, is required.
Experience in JavaScript with modern reactive frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular is essential.
Due to legal requirements for campaign ads, US work authorization is required.

The position offers an annual base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, skill level, education, and location.
