Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in modern web technologies, particularly TypeScript, front end and back end frameworks, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing quick execution with performance and code quality.
  • Enjoyment in mentoring and fostering growth in teammates, recognizing the importance of supporting people in engineering work.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally with designers and product teams, engaging in both big-picture brainstorming and detailed discussions.
  • Ownership of projects from inception to deployment, including defining architecture, making technology decisions, estimating work, and ensuring smooth releases.
  • Strong opinions about product development, with a focus on user needs and ensuring a seamless user experience.
