  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Continuous improvement is encouraged by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience is required.
  • Proficiency in several programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, and Ruby on Rails is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and tools, including AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, etc.), Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Swagger, and New Relic is required.
  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle RDS, or DynamoDB is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment (SAFe or Scrum preferred) is necessary.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, with residence in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is necessary, with existing clearance preferred.
  • The candidate must work East Coast core hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM ET (+2 hours earlier/later), totaling 40 hours per week with occasional flexibility and on-call needs.
  • The position allows for 100% remote work across the United States.
