Remote Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• The candidate must have C1 English or equivalent proficiency.
• Strong experience with Node.js (Express, Nest.js), Typescript, and Next.js for both front-end and back-end development is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools/workflows and the ability to integrate AI into development processes effectively is necessary.
• The candidate should be comfortable working with cloud platforms, APIs (especially Facebook Marketing API), and debugging with minimal documentation.
• They must be highly autonomous and self-directed, with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to ask questions when needed.
• The candidate should be curious and self-taught with new technologies, especially in the AI/ML space, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment, balancing speed with high-quality code delivery.
• Previous experience in small teams/startups is preferred, and adaptability to working with distributed teams across time zones is essential.
• Familiarity with Facebook APIs and marketing platforms is a strong plus.
