Remote Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Description:

• Rotunda is seeking an experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer to work on software tools for non-profits.
• The developer will contribute to existing products and create new tools to support non-profits.
• The position involves working in a fast-paced, flexible, and ego-free environment.
• The frontend framework is proprietary and modularized, while the backend infrastructure includes Node.js, Express, MySQL, and AWS Lambda.
• The developer will participate in self-regulated development sprints and implement user experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS.
• Responsibilities also include designing, developing, and testing backend application logic using Node.js.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, relational databases, and AWS.
• Advanced English proficiency is necessary.
• Attention to detail, love for elegant solutions, and polished user experiences are essential.
• Ability to work well in a service-focused, ego-free environment.
• Desire to work on meaningful products.
