Description:

  • We are looking for a Full Stack Laravel + Inertia Developer with a focus on clean, maintainable code and a strong eye for modern UI/UX.
  • You will work across the stack using Laravel 12+, Inertia.js (v2+), React, and Tailwind CSS 4+, building high-quality interfaces and robust backend APIs.
  • This role spans full stack, but we are especially interested in developers who take pride in delivering polished frontend experiences that feel fast, intuitive, and accessible.
  • You will collaborate with a small, senior team shipping production code, contributing to architecture decisions, and owning features from concept to deployment.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3+ years of experience with Laravel (v10+; ideally v12+).
  • You should have 2+ years of experience with Inertia.js (v2+), using the React adapter.
  • A strong command of modern React, including hooks and component composition patterns, is required.
  • You need expertise in Tailwind CSS 4+ and creating clean, responsive layouts.
  • A deep understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture is essential.
  • Proficiency in Eloquent, query optimization, and Laravel ecosystem tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with frontend tooling (Vite, ESLint, Prettier, etc.) is expected.
  • You should have Git experience and a good grasp of branching workflows.
  • Comfort with testing (PHPUnit, Pest, and/or frontend testing frameworks) is required.
  • You must be able to write clean, documented, and maintainable code.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
