  • You will have full-stack ownership, leading feature development across the Next.js frontend and Django backend without silos or handoffs.
  • You will architect and build critical APIs that handle complex dosing models and secure integrations with hospital EHR systems.
  • You will craft an intuitive, responsive user interface that clinicians will rely on for critical, time-sensitive decisions.
  • Your input will be vital in shaping the architecture, choosing tools, defining the roadmap, and making key decisions for scaling.
  • You will mentor others and help build a world-class engineering culture.

Requirements:

  • You must have deep experience in Python with Django and Django REST Framework, connected to PostgreSQL databases.
  • You should have professional experience building modern UIs with React and Next.js, ideally using TypeScript.
  • Proven experience deploying production applications to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines is required.

  • Familiarity with healthcare integrations, such as HL7 SMART-on-FHIR or platforms like Epic/Cerner, is advantageous.
  • Experience in building and scaling SaaS products, especially in a regulated domain like healthcare, will set you apart.

Benefits:

  • You will see your code deliver real-world impact for critically ill children and shape the product, culture, and technical direction as an early team member.
  • The company offers a high-trust, remote-first environment with flexible hours, along with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and open-source contributions.
  • You will receive a competitive salary, meaningful stock options, 30 days of annual leave, and a NEST pension.
  • Subsidized private health insurance, an Employee Assistance Programme, structured parental leave, and family-friendly working arrangements are provided for your wellbeing and support.
