As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build and scale the core clinical platform, directly impacting patient outcomes.
You will have full-stack ownership, leading feature development across the Next.js frontend and Django backend without silos or handoffs.
You will architect and build critical APIs that handle complex dosing models and secure integrations with hospital EHR systems.
You will craft an intuitive, responsive user interface that clinicians will rely on for critical, time-sensitive decisions.
Your input will be vital in shaping the architecture, choosing tools, defining the roadmap, and making key decisions for scaling.

Requirements:
You must have deep experience in Python with Django and Django REST Framework, connected to PostgreSQL databases.
You should have professional experience building modern UIs with React and Next.js, ideally using TypeScript.
Proven experience deploying production applications to a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines is required.
Experience with infrastructure management using Terraform or Kubernetes is a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare integrations, such as HL7 SMART-on-FHIR or platforms like Epic/Cerner, is advantageous.
Experience in building and scaling SaaS products, especially in a regulated domain like healthcare, will set you apart.
