Remote Full Stack Mobile Developer - Flutter & Firebase (US-based Company)

Description:

• The position is for a Full Stack Mobile Developer specializing in Flutter and Firebase, working fully remote with overlapping EST working hours.
• This is a full-time role with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, primarily between 10 AM – 6 PM EST, with flexibility based on sprint deadlines.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in the Flutter and Firebase stack.
• A strong understanding of asynchronous Dart programming, widget lifecycle, and state management (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod) is required.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services such as Firestore, Functions, Auth, and Cloud Storage is essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate clean, maintainable, modular coding habits and be comfortable in a startup environment with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills are necessary.
• A GitHub repository link or portfolio showcasing examples of launched apps or previously built projects must be provided.
• Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in social apps, eCommerce, or creator tools, a background in UI/UX design, familiarity with App Store & Play Store deployment, experience integrating third-party APIs, and experience leading or mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
