  • As a Full Stack Ruby Engineer, you will work with the Engineering team to build scalable and robust features in the Payroll Product.
  • Responsibilities include end-to-end fullstack development for new and current applications, navigating a complex SAAS product, and taking full ownership of features from scoping to implementation.
  • You will need to deep dive into the Payroll domain, including the Tax engine and Accounting software integrations.
  • The role involves debugging application issues, performing tests and quality checks, recommending improvements to the development process, and maintaining documentation for new or updated features.

Requirements:

  • You must have excellent experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React.Js or Angular is required.
  • You should have a proven ability to take abstract business problems and drive collaboration among team members to find optimal technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers is essential.
  • An interest in building processes, tooling, and best practices for the engineering team is necessary to help mature the organization.
