Athennian is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their engineering team and contribute to managing business entities worldwide.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions to enhance the platform's functionality and performance.
Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions, participating in technical discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The engineer will optimize application performance, ensure security and reliability, conduct code reviews, and identify and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in software development, focusing on scalable and high-performance applications.
Proficiency in the MEAN stack (MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
A strong understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions, is essential.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React is a plus.
Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making is considered an asset.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment are important.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a desire to grow and learn, are required.
