Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in React and Python (or other modern object-oriented languages) is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and modern development workflows (e.g., Kubernetes, CI/CD) is expected.
Candidates should demonstrate grit, curiosity, and adaptability, being able to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as candidates must be comfortable working with both engineers and business stakeholders.
A strong product mindset is required, with ideal candidates pairing solid software engineering skills with a product-oriented approach.
Candidates must reside within the continental U.S. and this is a W-2 only, fully remote contract opportunity (no C2C).

Standard Eastern Time business hours are required for full-time work.
Candidates must be exclusively dedicated to this role with no concurrent job engagements.
To meet the client’s cybersecurity requirements, contractors are expected to have their camera on during meetings for the first 90 days of the assignment, and all work must be performed from within the United States.
