Description:
Experian is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their Innovations team focused on building data-centric health care solutions.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and cloud-native core application components and services.
Responsibilities include building and exposing APIs that integrate machine learning models and data-driven features into customer-facing applications.
The engineer will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to create impactful solutions.
Implementation of AWS services such as EKS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambda is required to optimize performance and scalability.
Participation in architectural design and code reviews is expected.
The engineer will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to streamline development and deployment.
Documentation of system architecture, API contracts, and development workflows is necessary to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Staying current with the latest technologies in cloud computing, ML integration, and software engineering best practices is essential.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of full stack software development experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
Experience with modern programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Python, as well as API development, is required.
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, and DynamoDB, is essential.
Experience with SQL databases is required.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps, is necessary.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS is expected.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is required.
