• Healthie is seeking a Staff Engineer, Marketplace, to design, build, and maintain integrations that enhance the functionality and reach of its platform.
• This senior technical role involves architecting and delivering scalable integration solutions that connect Healthie with third-party systems, APIs, and tools essential for customer success.
• The Staff Engineer will collaborate with the Marketplace team to identify and prioritize high-value integration opportunities.
• Responsibilities include building robust, reliable, and secure connections with external platforms while ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• The role requires defining Healthie’s long-term marketplace strategy and driving the development of integrations that enhance the platform’s value proposition.

• This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States, with a salary range of $197,000 to $227,000.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on building and maintaining integrations, APIs, or marketplace platforms at scale.
• Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integrations with third-party systems is essential.
• Direct experience with the Tech Stack, including Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara, is required.
• A strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure is necessary to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and performant.
• Candidates should excel at collaborating cross-functionally, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams.
• The ability to translate complex integration challenges into practical, customer-focused solutions is crucial.
