We are seeking a high-performing AI Automation Engineer to join our global team.
The role involves building intelligent workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and GPT-based automations to streamline client operations and scale service delivery.
You will collaborate closely with Process Engineers, Project Managers, and the DevOps team to design, implement, and refine prompt-driven and API-integrated systems.
This position is intended for someone looking to grow with the company long-term and take ownership of end-to-end automation systems.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing AI workflows, building prompt chains and automation logic, integrating various tools, monitoring and QA of automations, documenting workflows, collaborating with non-technical teams, troubleshooting issues, and creating video walkthroughs as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or AI operations.
Proficiency in Make.com, Zapier, and OpenAI/GPT usage is required.
Applicants should be confident in using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
Experience with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Apps, and CRMs is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential, as the role involves asynchronous communication and team calls.
Candidates should be organized, accountable, and process-driven.
A fast learner who takes initiative and can work independently is preferred.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript, or experience with LangChain is a plus.
