Description:

  • We are seeking a high-performing AI Automation Engineer to join our global team.
  • The role involves building intelligent workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and GPT-based automations to streamline client operations and scale service delivery.
  • You will collaborate closely with Process Engineers, Project Managers, and the DevOps team to design, implement, and refine prompt-driven and API-integrated systems.
  • This position is intended for someone looking to grow with the company long-term and take ownership of end-to-end automation systems.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing AI workflows, building prompt chains and automation logic, integrating various tools, using webhooks and APIs, monitoring and QAing automations, documenting workflows, collaborating with non-technical teams, troubleshooting issues, and creating video walkthroughs or guides.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or AI operations.
  • Proficiency in Make.com, Zapier, and OpenAI/GPT usage is required.
  • Applicants should be confident in using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Apps, and CRMs is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential, as the role involves asynchronous communication and team calls.
  • The ideal candidate should be organized, accountable, and process-driven.
  • A fast learner who takes initiative and can work independently is preferred.
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, or experience with LangChain, are also required.
