Remote Full Time Senior Data Analyst - Remote (PH)

Description:

• The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time remote position with a compensation of up to PHP ₱100,900.00.
• This role involves shaping the analytics strategy and mentoring a growing team.
• The analyst will make high-level decisions on data architecture, tools, and methodologies.
• Responsibilities include leading high-impact analytics projects, defining best practices for analytics development, and ensuring data quality.
• The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
• The analyst will conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and create efficient development methodologies.
• Mentorship of junior analysts and fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and learning is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analytics language, preferably Python, is necessary.
• A strong background in data modeling, analytics design, and statistical methodologies is required.
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, is essential.
• A deep understanding of analytics platforms, ETL processes, and data quality standards is expected.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and project management, is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders are essential.
