Requirements:

• Candidates must have a history of consistent top performance and a desire for a mission-driven work culture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-time, post-graduation Software Engineering is required.
• Prior experience with evaluations of ML or LLM-based product features, prompt engineering, agent-based approaches, and fine-tuning is necessary.
• Familiarity with using AI for development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor is expected.
• Candidates should have a desire to work across the stack on AI features, including frontend, backend, and interactions with LLM and ML models.
• Applicants must be located within the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
• Familiarity with the tech stack, including React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure, and SQL, is preferred.
