We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with extensive experience in Java, Python, React, and modern web technologies to join a dynamic development team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with an internal and external team to develop high-quality software solutions.
This role requires strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
Responsibilities include taking ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.
The candidate will partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality.
The role involves tackling technical challenges head-on and finding innovative solutions.
Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members is essential.
Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry.
Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate is required.
Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React is necessary.
Experience with SQL databases is required.
Understanding of RESTful API principles is essential.
Proficiency in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using dataframes with libraries like Pandas is mandatory, with a focus on Predictive Analytics and AI ML.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities is a nice to have.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines is considered a bonus.
B2+ or Advanced English proficiency is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
