Remote Fullstack Developer (PHP/React)

Description:

• We are looking for a full-stack developer who is excited about building new things and using AI to move faster.
• This is a full-time role where you will work closely with a small, fast-moving team to expand the feature set and help improve the developer experience.
• You will be building end-to-end: from scoping features to shipping production code.
• You will have real ownership over the tech you build.
• The project involves an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM.
• The platform has been refactored and the next step is growth.
• You will work on adding new, AI-first, end-to-end features and refactoring legacy backend code.
• Your tasks will include modernizing the legacy PHP codebase while maintaining platform stability, building AI-powered candidate assessment features and automated evaluation workflows, fixing bugs, improving performance, and refining existing features.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Advanced English skills are necessary for this position.
• You must have 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with React/Typescript, PHP, MySQL, and AWS is essential.
• You should be comfortable and curious about using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to assist your workflow.
• Solid experience in building and shipping SaaS products is required.
• A startup mindset is important; you should be self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams.
