Description:

• The company is seeking a Fullstack Developer (d/m/w) for the HR Assistant team located in Freiburg im Breisgau, starting immediately.
• The product team consists of 8 dedicated colleagues, including a Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Content Manager, who are focused on advancing the development of their chatbot with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and innovation, akin to a startup environment.
• There is a particular focus on the use of Generative AI, and the team is actively developing new solutions utilizing these technologies.
• The role involves developing and enhancing modern software solutions with a focus on GenAI.
• The candidate will actively shape the entire development process, including conception, implementation, and operation.
• The position is part of an interdisciplinary team where ideas can be contributed in a non-hierarchical environment.
• The candidate's positive energy and willingness to engage in discussions will inspire the team to reach new heights and make optimal product decisions.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in a dynamic environment, with solid knowledge of TypeScript, Python, SQL, and tools such as Docker and GitLab.
• An interest in DevOps topics (e.g., CI/CD pipelines) and a basic understanding of cloud concepts (AWS is a plus) are required.
• The candidate should value collaborative work, code reviews, documentation, and agile methodologies.
• Self-organization, personal responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration are essential strengths for this role.
• Fluency in both English and German is necessary for effective communication in an international context between the locations of Timisoara and Freiburg.
• A passion for speed, similar to a startup environment, combined with a hands-on mentality for implementing new technologies like GenAI is expected.
• Initial experience with AI chatbots, LLMs, or OpenSearch is considered a bonus.
• The candidate must be willing to work regularly at the Freiburg location.
