Requirements:

• Candidates must have professional fluency in English with clear communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack engineering experience is required, including ownership of architecture and product development in early-stage startups.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript is necessary, with a strong focus on frontend UX and performance.
• Experience with Node.js and/or Python for backend systems, as well as familiarity with AWS tooling and infrastructure, is essential.
• Candidates should have familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce applications.
• Strong instincts for scalable architecture with a business-first mindset are required.
• Experience in mentoring engineers and scaling technical decision-making within teams is necessary.
• Proven ability to ship quickly, learn rapidly, and balance speed with long-term technical health is expected.
