Requirements:

Strong understanding of Salesforce object models, sharing settings, and platform limitations is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, and version control using GitHub is essential.
Familiarity with Sales and Service Cloud and go-to-market platforms like Stripe or Marketo is preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for documenting and presenting technical concepts clearly.
