Requirements:
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 7 years of work experience in design and development within blockchain and distributed systems is required.
Candidates should have extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, and be familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and core algorithms.
A solid foundation in operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and network programming is essential, with the ability to quickly conduct POC development.
Proficiency in the Go programming language is required, along with familiarity with common frameworks and storage technologies such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka; experience with containers and Kubernetes is preferred.
Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity is preferred.
Experience with blockchain open-source projects such as Ethereum, Cosmos, and Optimism is a plus.
Familiarity with zero-knowledge proof algorithms and zkEVM projects is preferred.
Candidates should be able to quickly read English papers and materials, demonstrating strong research capabilities and self-motivation.
